Stay fit

There are some basic but very important things men should do regularly to stay in good health, according to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). The biggest? Start exercising. Men (and all adults, really) need at least two-and-a-half hours a week of moderate-intensity aerobic activity, like a brisk walk. Plus, they should also focus on doing strength training that works all major muscle groups at least twice per week. The CDC notes that workouts don’t have to happen all at once. “Spread your activity out during the week, and break it into smaller chunks of time during the day,” the CDC recommends.
