So happy I found Peak Fitness. I am a 70-Year-old woman in good health but didn’t do any kind of exercise for many years other than walking once in a while. I started working out with Cody 3 times a week. I struggled to walk 10 minutes on the treadmill and couldn’t do one squat or push up. Now only 6 weeks later I am so happy with my results. I am stronger and have better balance. I can do squats and push-ups that I told myself I couldn’t do. I love Peak Fitness, I decided to get back into shape after letting myself go, and I joined Peak Fitness in Emmett where I live. They have very nice equipment, and staff. Since I have been working out there, I have lost 35 lbs as of weighing myself yesterday. When you follow them on social media, they also post motivational stuff, and healthy recipes which is helpful when trying to get healthy.

I’ve been a member almost a year and finally asked for training from Cody last week. I shared about neck and shoulder pain and stiffness I’d been experiencing for many months. He asked questions and put me through a series of well thought out strengthening movements and stretches. By the end, the pain and stiffness were gone and stayed that way!!! Cody is knowledgeable, helpful and cares about his clients. He made me feel comfortable even when I felt I wasn’t performing well. We are now tackling other weak muscles and today a hip/glute workout and stretch alleviated more discomfort!
